Take US78 westward into downtown Aiken, where it is labeled as Richland Ave, and continue to follow it westward out of downtown Aiken. In about 3 miles, on the left side of the highway, the landmark will be the Henna Chevrolet/Cadillac dealership. At this point make a right turn and proceed up the hill on Dyches Rd. The landmark at this right turn is the Salvation Army store on the right. The Mission will be almost immediately on your right, up the hill, on Dyches Rd.

Take US78/US1 eastwards towards Aiken. After reaching the city limits, note the traffic light intersection with Rt. 118 (there will be a Dick Smith Chrysler/Jeep dealership on the left). Continue straight on US78/US1. In less than 1/2 mile, where there is an opening in the divided highway, make a left U-turn. At this turn, on the right side of the highway, the landmark is the Henna Chevrolet/Cadillac dealership. Make this left U-turn and VERY briefly take the opposite direction on US78/US1, then almost immediately make a right exit and proceed up the hill on Dyches Rd. The landmark at this point is the Salvation Army store. The Mission will be almost immediately on your right, up the hill, on Dyches Rd.

Take RT-19 north into downtown Aiken, where it is labeled as Whiskey Road. At the intersection downtown with US-78/US-1 (also labeled as Richland Avenue) make a left turn and follow the avenue westward out of downtown Aiken. In about 3 miles on the left side of the highway, the landmark will be the Henna Chevrolet/Cadillac dealership. At this point make a right turn and proceed up the hill on Dyches Road. The landmark at this right turn is the Salvation Army store on the right. The Mission will be almost immediately on your right, up the hill on Dyches Road.

Off of I-20, take either the RT-19 or US-1 exits and head south towards Aiken. At the traffic light intersection with RT 118(Aiken Bypass), make a right turn on to RT-118. At the traffic light intersection with US-78/US-1 make a left turn onto the 4-lane divided highway. In less than 1/2 mile where there is an opening in the median, make a left U-turn. At this turn, on the right side of the highway the landmark is the Henna Chevrolet/Cadillac dealership. At this point make a right turn and proceed up the hill on Dyches Road. The landmark at this turn is the Salvation Army store on the right. The Mission will be almost immediately on your right, up the hill, on Dyches Road.
